July GvG Tournament Results 5 August 2010 In July tournament news, Whats Going On [sup] defeated Good Tactics [Good] to become this month's GvG champions. Congratulations to all of our competing guilds! For the complete list of this month's rankings, head over here.
It's a new month, so the Zaishen Chest now offers a new tonic. Using keys will give you the chance to net yourself a Trapdoor Tonic, which will transform you into a spider! To see the full tonic schedule, check out our Zaishen Rewards Calendar.

This is what i would call a problem. The GW website is lacking any real content and the content on it is old as sHat. If i was a potential player looking to try GW and saw the website before buying the game I would be totally uninterested in trying it.
I'll play GW again when they update the arenas and replace CA with something more user friendly/fun.
also not playing gw2..

Said otherwise, you do it wrong, find a nice guild, some people who know stuff about this game, make friends, and do it with them.

You misunderstand me, I'm in a nice guild and have had plenty of opportunities at em, the simple fact is people don't wait while I go have my dinner etc. on lengthy areas, heroes do.
Anywhoo, if you play as you said, using your penis, I'm guessing you're a moron

How is it taking this damn long? They've been working on it since what is, April/May last year? When people wrote up their wish lists a PvE skill rebalance for half of the classes was mentioned by every other poster. How the hell is this a low priority still? If you look a the game update pages on the wiki people clearly are disappointed every time they visit it and see there is no dervish update there.
How a class plays in PvE affects every single piece of content already existing in the game, never mind any new stuff they want to create. If half the classes in the game have been marginalised to niche play styles and builds by years of PvP nerfs or just inferiority from other classes with power creep that is a huge opportunity loss for players to access a variety of classes and play styles.
When so many players strongly desire PvE rebalances for half of the classes you'd think they would prioritise something so fundamental to game a little higher than 1/10 classes getting a rebalance every 8-10 months especially when it's clear at least 3 are significantly less viable/versatile compared to others. Bringing all classes up to a level viable and diverse playing field and you will have done more for GW than anything GW:B will ever do with content updates. That should be their number one priority, it should have been done with Nightfall and EotN when they had a full staff to fix it but the PvP/PvE split screwed the players over big time. Since they split both skills they never bothered to do a thorough run through of PvE skills to revitalise the play styles and abilities of classes which were fine in PvP but were lacking a lot in PvE.

And partly there are lots of other games to play at the moment. I'm on and off, but most of my guild and alliance picked up their HoM points and logged off for the long haul.
Few might come back for 7 heroes, but I think most would not. Dervish, same; in my guild and alliance nobody really cares.

I will play "regularly" again when they start releasing content in the interest of playability... not as an excuse to release a costume, and when they fix the many errors in the current content and costumes.
